How much water do you really drink a day?
Oh if that were only True!! This website is designed to inform you of the vital importance that Water effects all the areas in your body. It takes three things in order for your body to go on living...Air, Food and Water. Without these we would not longer continue on this earth. What are some of these areas that Water comes into play in your body. Your body system consists up to 70% Water, which includes ALL of your vital organs, your joints, muscles, tendons and ligaments. Let's talk about your Brain which controls all those vital organs it is 90% Water. your blood is 95% Water and virtually every single cell in your body is made up of water. So you put a value on the importance of what amount of quality Water you consume!
There are four rights of Water that work for you in your body
1) Hydrate- Drink the highest quality and the right quantity for your body size and
Physical/Mental activity. Each person is different and requires your
Individual needs
2) Neutralize- When possible drink an Ionized Water to counter act all of the
negative or acidity that we consume through Air, Food, and Water
3) Nourish- Water is the ultimate carrier for vitamins, minerals, electrolytes and
Nutrition
4) Cleanse- The secret of secrets to vibrant health and wellness is keeping the body
cleansed and detoxified of cellular body waste.
The Fourth right of Water is to carry out the harmful Trash and Garbage
on an hourly and daily basis
So you can see the importance of SIMPLY WATER! and without getting into every
single significant function that Water effects in your body... It would
amaze you
WHAT can you do to ensure the consumption of the right amount and quality that your body needs and deserves. Because unbeknownst to
almost everyone by not drinking Ionized Water you can be dehydrating your system, which will not allow your body to work at its optimum
level and also create many problems. Since we are talking about the most important thing on this earth, YOU!!! this should be a major
concern. It's up to you to decide or make choices on what is best for you or your loved ones.
I'm just passing on some of the things that I have learned through the years as I started in the early 80's on being introduced to filtered Water
and the concerns about what is availible to us as a safe but harmless tap water that we are provided by our cities. YES, it is just that and
less. It is consumable and it is a good starting point. It is vitally important that we have a basis that is safe(to an extent). Without that starting
point (tap water), we as consumers would have to put an extreme amount of money to process our own. What we do with that with that
Water once it comes to us is once again your choice.
I'm not going to list all the chemicals that can be in your Water, along with what the city adds to it to kill Bacteria, if you are not aware of it by
now you can look it up it's quite frightening!! Consuming these chemicals into your body and the cause and effect of them...Just to know it is
a definite negative factor and works against your health and wellness should be enough to do something about it.
Most consumers are aware and they are doing something to counter act or replace Tap Water. One of the areas and is quite popular is Bottled
Water and or Delivered Water. Although that is not what I would turn to as that industry is not very regulated and the price you pay for the
quality that you're getting is not a very good deal. So what you're paying for your water maybe be a little better than Tap Water. or could be
the same or even not as good, plus the factor deposing of the plastic bottles. Your cost VS quality is not a very good choice if you are
looking to benefit your system and get it going in the right direction

.The other methods of consuming the Water you can adjust or change for yourself is Filtration. There are many selections to choose from
1) REVERSE OSMOSIS- Is a very effective way of removing the Bad an Harmful heavy metal minerals... to the extent of going overboard and
and to far by putting into a negative factor by drinking it.
A) wasteful, it virtually takes about 4-5 gallons to make one gallon
B) does not filter most chemicals
C) the most important and harmful is that it becomes an acidic water ( 4.0)*
2) DISTILLED- Is similar to R/O but in most cases you can only but it in plastic bottles or from water dispensing machine in stores. It is also
an acidic water and does not remove all the chemicals out. The only use I can see for this is using in your iron, steam cleaner or using it to
disinfect surfaces.
Both of these are not whole house systems but an alternative to Tap Water for drinking. The higher amount of filtering by these methods the
cleaner the water and the worse it is for your body. The cleaner the more active the water becomes, which is OK in cleaning but not for
consuming in your body.
3) SOFTENERS-There are different ways or methods of removing most of the hardness(heavy medal minerals) from the Water.
One of the most popular or well known is the ionic beads (softener) method , which uses a salt brine system to recharge its beads to
collect the hardness onto the beads and then is washed with salt water(brine) to recharge the system. As long as the system has
an effective and thorough rinsing cycle your salt intake should be minimal. As everyone knows sodium is not good for your body system(high
blood pressure) although the salt used in the softner is not a processed salt and it is less harmful. But if your have a condition that
warrants you to look further into this kind of system I would advise to do so. The softener does not take out chemicals from your Water.
4)CONDITIONERS-A softener but also removes chemicals and may or may not use a different system other than the salt bead method to
remove the harmful minerals and chemicals throughout your entire home. If you can afford this... this would be the system that would be
good throughout the entire house. This is what I would consider a safe system for you and or your family. There are other ways that
chemicals in your Tap Water can be harmful aside from consuming them internally, your skin can absorb these chemical while you shower
or bathe, also breathing them as they are released through the air. If you are rinsing your fruits or vegetables to get the fertilizers and
Pesticides off, what Water are you using to do this? If you're using Tap then you are just trading chemical for other different chemicals,
If your are cooking with Tap then you are cooking some of the chemicals into your food. Then again if you only have a softener the same
Situation happens. There are some other areas that a conditioner can be beneficial in your home, cleaning your kitchen and bathrooms.
you wouldn't need to remove the hard water deposits that dry and spot everything. So there is less cleaning and less water to use to get
things clean. You see it takes more detergent(chemicals) to over take the hard water in before you even start to actually wash whatever
it is that you are washing, so more chemical gets added to our Ecowater system by not having a softener or conditioner. Plus it is costing
you more to use more chemicals than what would actually be necessary to clean. This would also allow you to use Bio-degradable
cleaning products that would cost you less and be twice or more better for our Eco water environment.
SO Let me get this strait. The harder the water the more chemicals we need to add into the already plethora of chemicals that is already
in it, and it takes more water to try and rinse out those chemicals with water that has chemicals. CONCLUSION: the harder the water the
more chemicals for cleaning the worst our Eco waster system gets!!!
The next stage is getting the chemicals out of your drinking water. This can be done by a combo of a softener or conditioner with an activated
carbon filter at the sink or if you have a a refrigerator you can add a filter to your waterline into the fridge. The carbon filter will take out
95to99% of the chemical in your water. You can also use a pitcher that has the carbon filter on top so running the water through should
eliminate most chemicals. Now these activated carbon filters only reduce the chemicals, if you don’t have anything in front of them you
will still be in taking the heavy medal minerals
Some Info Here?

Up to this point this info about WATER could be totally new to you, some may have known about most of this already, but
the next stage of filtration most to all of you this will be new ground breaking info. So stick around for the finale!! What do
you know about Ionized Water? and its significant role it plays in your body!! Here's one mere fact that should get
your attention. More than 90% of women over 40 are chronically DEHYDRATED. Even if you drink the required amount
of Water daily( 1/2 your weight in ounces: example- weight 140 should be drinking 70 ounces of water), it's the type Water that you are
Drinking that could be causing the dehydration and you don't even know it.
